SHIPPING POLICY Machtechsolution s.r.o.

1. Shipping Destinations We ship to the Czech Republic, all European Union member states, and Eastern European countries.

2. Shipping Carriers We use the following carriers: DHLGLS, and PPL. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery address and package size.

3. Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: Orders are dispatched the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within the Czech Republic and 3–7 business days for EU and Eastern European destinations.
  • Out-of-stock items: Items not currently in stock have an estimated lead time of 6–7 weeks. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier. All shipments are paid by the customer — we do not currently offer free shipping.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

7. Delays and Force Majeure While we strive to meet all stated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
