TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Machtechsolution s.r.o.

1. Seller Information This website is operated by Machtechsolution s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic. For any inquiries, please contact us using the details provided in the "Contact" section.

2. Scope These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of physical products through the Machtechsolution s.r.o. online store and apply to all customer orders.

3. Orders and Contract Formation The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payments All prices listed on the website include applicable VAT. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Full payment must be made before shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We commit to dispatching orders within the stated timeframes, except in cases of force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Czech law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the deadline using our contact details. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Returns and Refunds For online purchases, customers may return products within 14 days of receipt. For in-store purchases, a 7-day return policy applies from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions stated in store.

8. Legal Guarantee All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Czech and European regulations (minimum 2 years). In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

9. Liability Machtechsolution s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Machtechsolution s.r.o., without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.

11. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
